Arvind Kejriwal’s lawyer Ram Jethmalani has opened a new secret in defamation case against Arvind Kejriwal by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on the DDCA issue. He said that in this case his fees are made around four crore.

In such a situation, he has given Kejriwal a fee. Let us know that a well-known lawyer of the country has sent a huge bill of defamation worth Rs 3.4 crore, to fight Arvind Kejriwal’s case in this matter, which Kejriwal wants to repay with Delhi’s official exchequer. This is the whole organism.

In a conversation with the English newspaper Times of India, Jethmalani has said that he has given Kejriwal a fee in the criminal defamation case. He said that I have not sought retainer fees from Arvind Kejriwal, which I take from my other clients. I have also mentioned less muscular fees. Apart from this, I also have not asked for any money for every conference afterwards.

Conference fees, taken by senior lawyers, are almost equal to the amount of muscle fees. Jethmalani, who was fighting Kejriwal’s case in the Jaitley defamation case, had earlier sent a bill of Rs 4 crore to Kejriwal, in which 22 lakh rupees per person cost 11 muscular fees and one crore rupee retainer fees.

On the issue of fees, Ram Jethmalani had said that if the Delhi government is unable to pay his fees, he will fight Kejriwal’s case for free. He had said in a tone that I fight the case of the poor for free and will fight Kejriwal as a poor man.

This is the whole case:

On senior BJP leader and Union minister Arun Jaitley, Arvind Kejriwal had made many serious allegations against many DDCAs. After Kejriwal’s allegations, Arun Jaitley personally asked Kejriwal to withdraw his statement to those who attacked him and asked for apology and asked for apology.

On doing so, Arun Jaitley had said that he had filed a case of defamation on these people. On not doing so by Arvind Kejriwal and his party leaders, Jaitley had filed a defamation case against Kejriwal and six crore party leaders for defamation.
