Bank Of India Deducted Rs 42800

I(XYZ) had bank of india saving account. I had locker since 1972.I had paid locker since2012. In 2012 we had given application to add name of ABC and CDE and also remove to my name(XYZ).but after few months they had not removed my name but they had added name. And they send charge rs 8k.. we denied to pay then they told that we will break our safe and transfer locker to others... We understood that its okay now matter is closed but now after direct 5yrs they send letter demanding money in 2017.and now they deducted rs 42800 from my account. As i m writing and demanding documents for all this they were ignoring and repling go to court. Now what to do?
