Employee Termination By Pvt Bank

I am working in Indusind bank from last 12 years and when the incident took place I was working in Vijayawada Branch and transferred to Gudivada branch there I have received a complaint from the customer that his deposit was fraudulently closed and credited to his account and with drawn from his account by an indusindbank office boy through the cheque book which the office boy applied and kept ready with him. on receiving the complaint from customer I have forwarded to my immediate superior for necessary action. The bank has ordered an enquiry into the issue and immediately recovered the amount from the responsible operations head and the cashier and paid the customer. But bank terminated the then operations head and me also leaving the cashier. I have raised the issue with HR they informed me that the office told them that on my influence he had done it so they have terminated me and the proof they are showing is phone calls I have done to office boy for some other purpose. so I request you to advise me whom and where to approach to get Justice ?
