hi, I had 2 beneficiary added in my bank account with almost identical names and mistakenly I sent to a wrong beneficiary amount of 25,000 although I know him and he has worked for me before but now he is denying to accept that he has received money and even if he accepts will not return. Legally, if I drag him to court any chances I will get money back ... your opinion.

Yes, definitely you will get it back. But the expenses to recover comes to double the amount.
