Dear sir I have taken a personal loan amount 4000 only on mpokket bu t now I am default because I have no money now.Sir they are sending messages me on WhatsApp that they issue a legal notice In Honorable Kolkata high court and court will send a hearing against me and compulsory to attend the court and failing which will make a warrant against me and ultimately I will go in prison .Dear sir I am a student and I will loan amount after I will get scholarship amount.Sir can they do it?pls reply sir
