Marital Status In Bank Job

Sir, I am in a govt bank since 6 years, and i did marriage in arya samaj 5 years ago secretly from family as family wasnt ready. I could not disclose the same in my bank because of the same reason. Now recently our families finally agreed and we got married with all rituals/function etc. Now i want to apply the same 5 year old marriage certificate in bank as my marital status, can the bank make an objection for concealing marital status for 5 years ? Plz provide solution
