Bank not giving NOC. I purchased a Maruti Alto car on loan in 2003. Repaid the loan in 2005. Closed the loan account but forget to take NOC on the owner book. Now I sold the car in 2014 but now the issue came for NOC. I have no details of the loan account, the bank has no detail of the loan on me but in absence of the account number refused to give NOC. I want NOC for name transfer on the owner book. Please guide me so that I can pull out myself.

you take account statement if you can and option left to you for to file a Consumer case for appropriate reliefs if there is no positive response or reply after issuing our notice to bank

Your bank account will reflect loan account number. It is bank's duty to issue you certificate stating your no dues and that includes NOC as an attachment. You can threaten bank with Consumer Case.
