Giving Access To Child To In-law Family

My daughter is 2 years old. I left matrimonial house 4 months back. The reason, my husband has Narcissist Personality disorder and OCD too. Badly controlling, gaslighting, blaming for things never happened, escape goating me. So finally I was able to escape from him with my baby after consulting a lawyer. I explained to him through an email my issues with him, informed the police about my leaving the house. Then sent him legal notice to come forward for mutual consent divorce. He is not ready t any cost. I am really fearful of him, many times threatened to harm me, intimidating me. His mother constantly asks for a video call with my daughter. I don't want my daughter to be in touch with them due to the narcissist behavior of his mother and him. If I am avoiding video calls with my daughter after serving him legal notice twice, whether any legal issue with it now or in the future, when I will file DV or contested divorce.
