As per the Verdict of Supreme Court An SC/ST applicant of a particular state when applies for the government job in another state, is considered as UR candidate. But in case of Delhi being Union Territory, SC/ST candidates from All other states are considered under their respective categories ie SC/ST only or They get the benefits of reservation in Delhi Also irrespective of their state of residence. However, OBC outside is Considered UR which is mentioned in advt too.
I want to know whether this is also applicable for an EWS candidate from Other states (ie Non- Delhi). Whether An EWS candidate from other states will get benefits of reservation in Delhi in the Context of this Verdict? Please Reply In Yes Or No If Possible. Or Plz tell the legal perspective of it. Will it be legally or constitutionally correct If A Non Delhi EWS Category Candidate gets Benefit of reservation In Delhi Just like SC And ST. As all 3 Categories are Centrally reserved.
It is not mentioned in the advertisement released by the Recruitment agency that an EWS applicant from a Non-Delhi state Will is considered UR.
