धारा 125(3)के अंतरà¥à¤—त नà¥à¤¯à¤¾à¤¯à¤¾à¤²à¤¯ दà¥à¤µà¤¾à¤°à¤¾ जारी आदेश की अनà¥à¤ªà¤¾à¤²à¤¨à¤¾ ना होने के à¤à¤µà¤® आदेश से समà¥à¤¬à¤‚धित अनà¥à¤¤à¥‹à¤· चà¥à¤•ती न किये जाने पर वसूली हेतॠजारी नà¥à¤¯à¤¾à¤¯à¤¿à¤• आदेश लेवि वारंट ही है
if person fails to comply the order of the court as yhe case may be for maintenance or expences ..court may issue a warrant for levying the amount due in the manner provided for levying fines and may sentence but when court refuse to do so then you must be filed the petition mentioning the all fact and pray to pass the appropriate order in this respect and there after be challenged the said order before honourable high court ..but no warrant shall be issued after a period of one year from the date on which it become due.
