I am working in Chennai (IT Professional). I plan to vacate my rental home in April 2020 but postponed due to covid. I came to my hometown (located far from 350km Chennai) on march end due to covid. Kindly confirm I have to pay the rent for three months (Apr, May, Jun). My owner threatens me to vacate the home immediately if I fail to pay rent for three months. He is not ready to deduct the amount from advance also. Kindly suggest me what I have to do. I have a Whatsapp proof for the conversation and audio proof for forcing me to vacate,

when the premises is still with you then you will have to pay the rent on the other hand he will have to adjust the advance amount
