A Path Way Widened With A Piece Of Private Land

Our land has a panchayath road on the south side and a pathway on its east side.we have been using the pathway for entering our land around 22 years since our plot is at around 2 meters high from the panchayath road. our 2 neighbours bought 0.5 cents from the adjacent plot on the eastern side of the pathway for widening it .but, they don't have any valid document, they only have an agreement of 100rupees which doesn't mention the amount and it also not registered. They filed a civil case against us for restraining us from using the pathway. when we counter claimed the court ordered to remove the restriction and both parties have the same right to use it. Now, they are saying that the court order is only for the pathway not for the entire widened road and they divided the road by a big chain for restraining us from using the bought plot. and now we are only using the pathway and they use the entire road by removing the chain temporarily when they needed .they are asking for money to use the road
