    If your wife is living separately for 2.6 years...that's a valid ground to get divorce...you must file Divorce Petition for that.

    her refusal does not matter. you will get divorce decree on the ground of more than 2 years of separation. section 13 of Hindu marriage act empowers either spouse to file for divorce.

    if voluntarily separated more than 2 years then it's a ground for divorce.. First engage a lawyer and send divorce notice..
