what is the matter? if the matter cover to the order 43 of c.p.c u can appeal to the appealed court. if is not covered to the appeal section u can file the revision to the high Court. there is no scope in review in same court, same court never set aside its own order.

In civil cases review should be filed in the same court within 30 days.

All orders passed in criminal matters are final. Those can be revised or set aside by higher courts. But in civil matters all interim orders can be reviewed and vacated not cancelled.
