gud morning sir/madam i had a query regarding the power of attorney.my dad had granted me power of attorney to lead a case. There is a case going on in court. To see all the legal matters . to perform cross questions and all.But one day our opposite people came and they misguided him and cancelled the power of attorney forcefully. Later i clarified and told him that he was misguided and he again gave power of attorney to me to lead a case. but now the problem is in court the power of attorney given person that is my dad has to come they have told. He cannot come because of health issues and we cannot tell about it in court. please help me to solve the problem.

produce the documents regarding his health along with copy of attorney if you are contesting the case from starting then court should not deny

if the power of attorney given by your father for only attending it is valid only for that purpose if he gave for whole case i.e for examine you as witness r not once check your power of attorney if the title matter your father is main to examine
