My step brother is a Pervert and want to practice Incest. When we identified his perversion, he was asked to leave the family along with wife since she is supporting him regarding Incest. Now, this person is blackmailing the family that he will go to press and defame the family by making false accusations.Our family is highly admired in our society and worried about that. What can be done legally to tackle this person.

This is my response to you: 1. Send him to counselling; 2. If that does not work, then file a formal complaint against him to the police station; 3. If he takes any legal action then you must engage services of a lawyer; 4. If he defames you, then file a suit for defamation and seek damages in court.
