Adverse Possession

Hi, I have an ancestral house in a town in Uttar Pradesh where I don't live today. I live in Bangalore. We asked an old acquaintance of my late father (died in 2011) who used to work for his/our shop as a monthly salaried employee now lives in the house with his family (wife, son, daughter in law and a year old grandson) and takes care of the property. He reports any maintenance needs to us on the phone and we pay for any repair charges. We also visit our home once a year regularly. We also pay a sum transferred from my bank account to his bank account as part of his regular salary. We pay our property tax timely. The relationship so far between caretaker & owner is cordial. Because of SC recent verdicts on "adverse possession" as explained by one legal expert at https://www.youtube.com/watch.v=6zWNvAObC58 I am worried about what action do I need to safeguard as the owner's right. Is there an agreement be made between caretaker & owner that would help.
