My ancestors had possession of the land from 1960. The other party filed a petition in 1988 for the redemption of mortgage and in 2010 finally the High Court Chandigarh decided to give property half share to both. The land still has under our possession. As per the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, can we get a file case for the title with adverse possession as twelve year time frame already passed?

After the verdict from High Court how can now you can change the nature of land. It is still difficult.

if the high courts order of 2010 was exceuted it will stand filling a new suite for adverse possion will have no effect on the ownerships established by the high court.
