After Moving Away

My aim is to avoid legal hassles for my family when i have moved away from them, so that they have unhindered access to bank accounts bank accounts are in my name or joint name. i wish to move away from my family and start afresh without contacting them ever again. i am unmarried adult with no kids, family means parents and adult siblings i am unable to transfer accounts to them before i leave (to avoid unpleasant situations). is it enough to create notarized documents. 1. a durable Power of Attorney, which will cover all circumstances of my living including incommunicado or in unconscious or missing 2. a will which will cover when i am dead
