I am an 82 F Senior Citizen suffering from migraine, anxiety neurosis, high BP, and asthma undergoing treatment. My neighbour below harasses me using his 5.1 sound system as a weapon. He has fixed several speakers n woofers on the wall of all his rooms including common toilet and the loud music with vibrations of DJ beats n base guitar vibrate in my home in all rooms causing me palpitations in back of head and heart and sleeplessness. Society says his music is within decibel limits so they cannot help me. Police too are not ready to help. you can file a formal complaint agsint them in the police with a copy to the higher police officials and ministry, 2. a civil suit to restrain them from creating any nuisance in your peaceful life can also be filed,

You have multiple options. You can approach local executive department under Senior Citizens Act for protection and to get relief from the harassment. You can also make complaint to the local police being senior citizen for same relief. Then, any NGO working on these lines can also be proved useful and can come forward for your rescue from the agony you are facing.
