All Payment Cheques Listed In Sale Deed

I purchased the flat from my banks account and all cheques numbers are mentioned in sale deed, the saidflat is registeredd in name of wife due to some issues she claimed the ownership saying she made all payment from her own income, but she is a housewife unable to submit any source of income in trial court, what is the fastest way to conclude the case
