There is a piece of land which needs to be divided among 3 people, 2 people are opposing and saying your land has been already sold by my father who is no more. On papers there is no distribution that happened in the past and on that land which was sold by my father those 2 people are also the owner. Now legally I want to make my contribution to ancestral land, Please suggest how I can proceed with that and if I file for a stay and if other parties are not appearing what will be the judgment and how much time it will take.

You need to file a Suit for Partition before the Ld. Court situated in your area.
