Our apartment has a committee which bends the rules and regulations of the association according to it's whims and fancies. Recently 2 flat owners changed their parking space without the consent of the association because they had some issues with it but when we tried to do the same, we were harassed and literally had to fight for the new parking spot as ours is crammed and very complex and bears the risk of electrical fire since the electrical board lies very close to it. Please let me know what can be done to stop this injustice.

In fact, You have already paid for ur own parking space. You r the absolute owner. If you 2 mutually exchange the parking space, No one can question u.. Tell this boldly and proceed with the police complaint. So that those arrogants will learn a lesson.. for further assistance please book for consultation..

You can fir against society for criminal activities and file a petition in The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 called rera for real state facilities given flat owners and short out these problems.
