I m involve in one civil case related to properly .in last date my advocate was could not reach court on given time due to traffic , it was 2nd time happened. Civil judge Ordered to close remaining PE and to start DE from next date. now can I file application against this order in same court,if yes ,what is the time limit to file application. pls advise.

period of limitation is 30 days starts from the date of order, however if you're application will dismiss then approach to hc for the same relief.

You can recall the witnesses under order 18 rule 17 of the C.P.C. r/w section 151 of the same without any hassle , you just need to plead the said application effectively so as to get the benefit of it.
