What happen if I don't attend in magistrate court after receiving first notice ? I have given notice by magistrate to attend in court but postman has not given me personally notice .What will happen if I live absent in court?

Court might issue warrant.. Later u can recall the warrant.. if its any civil proceeding or DV act cases they will give exparte order.. whatever the case, not attending the case will never benefit u..

attending courts is to protect ourselves and if you don't attend, case will be adjudicated as per the available material.
