BANKING/CASE DISPOSED ON 6.8.2019, BUT OFFICE ORDER NOT NOTIFIED YET EVEN AFTER

Respected Sir, I lodged an special civil application against "Dismissal from Bank service" in high court to a single judge bench in jan., 2017. The case was disposed of on 6th Aug., 2019, with Hon'ble chief justice reserving judgement taking a lenient view for the petitioner, i.e. me, after respondents declined. Even if Bank does not re-instate me, there is my outstanding dues of Rs. 1 crore including pension to be paid by bank. Both sides have applied for order copy in August itself. Now, 5 months have gone by, still no order copy has been given to my lawyer, who was fighting the case on my behalf. It is very frustrating for me and my family as we are living a hellsome life. I have a 11 yrs. old child to take care of, which at present, due to monetary constraint, i am hapless to do. I, being a beggar request you to advise me that is there any solution to this stagnant situation. can I or my distinguished lawyer has some steps to take in this case.
