I have bought one 3 wheeler loader in punjab and i was not at home when recovery agent come and took vehicle and after that I got noticed of bounced cheque for penalty. Private financier is from Mumbai and I'm from punjab. I'm middle of nowhere. Pls guide me. My local lawyer not clear things and misguide me for easy money cause i not that much educated and rich. I'm reaching here with help of my friend

before coming on conclusion There are several questions one of them is whether you found any illegality in the notice and second question is there's whether you have replied the notice within 15 days of stipulated time..... technically you are in difficulty because check has already been bounced well I can try to find solution in your place contact me to my email address defencelawyer 19 @ outlook.com

There are two options for you. Can file either a criminal case or civil case. Should also consider paying off dues and reclaim possession of vehicle.
