There is no need to notrarized the copy of judgement, court gives always only certified copy of judgement.
no you don't require any court order to get notarized
Yes the Certified Copy of judgement can be notarized in a court located in another city .
certified copy of court judgement will use in courts, all other palaces you'll use only photocopy. no need of notarized or any other attestation..ok.
any number of copies of judgment can be obtained from court which pronounced judgment. even if you are third party to case, you can obtain a copies by making an affidavit. if the judgment is pronounced a long back and if a copies are not available with court, you can obtain a notarized comparing with original. it is valid under IEA.
You first obtain a certified copy of the judgment from the court which pronounced the same and take a photo copy of the same, take both to notary and get the photocopy notarized. That solves the problem.
You can only get A Certified Copy from the court where the judgment was pronounced.
