After years of physical, verbal assault, today my dad forced himself into home ( me and mom living separately for the time being). He assaulted mom, took the phone and went away. Mom contacted the police. Dad went to the police station with a lawyer and submitted her phone to police under suspicion of Adultery. Police informed mom that they have to send it to the forensic for tests. Can they do it?
