Dear Sir / Madam, Our neighbor is trying to make road upon our property illegally and hence we have taken a temporary injunction under order 7 rule 1 of CPC. Our suit is one for Permanent Injunction. Facing problems from street animals. Can we construct compound wall in our property now. Is there any risk. Please suggest. Thanks.

Nature of injunctions counts, take specific permission from court and proceed to construct.

Just proceed, if he aggreives let him file Injunction.. NO risk. only if the order is 'Status Quo" then it's a risk..
