Currently, the road is 12 meters and in the layout plan, there are two future road expansions marked ie 12.5 mtr and 25 mtr. for 12.5 mtr road expansion it touches the site, whereas for the 25 mtr its comes in the site more than 70%. is it advisable to go ahead purchasing this land.
