    they can not do so legally you should have to make a application before revenue department for transfer the property in your name as legal heir

    visit the Sub Registrar Office where your property situated .Apply for 35 years Encumbrance Certificate. You get to know the Document No and when it is Registered in Your Mothwrs Name. Collect the Duplicate copy of the Document .Visit the Concerned Revenue Office of Corporation or Municipality or Such authorities Apply for Katha Extact. Apporach Civil Court file Case of Eviction of your Cousins. they Might have filed s suit for Declaration claiming Proprety is their by way of Adverse Possession.
