Chit Fund

dear Sir/ madam, my parents were kept under remand for false case against chit fund cheating case. Actual accused wqs our relatives who cheated all including us for about 15 lakhs. as the accused was our relatives cops kept our parents under remand from past Four Weeks. trying to obtain bail but the same was rejected for first time and case being postponing from past two weeks with even hearing the arguments (said by our lawyer). how to take this further to get bail on urgent basis. We shall fight for truth in the walls of court accordingly.
