My civil appeal dismissed on 27 August. But still, the court did not give judgment. My advocate says that appeal is dismissed by the mistake of court and now court has no grounds or reason for judgement. Court also says that this order will set aside in high court. In this situation please suggest any remeady. Can the court set aside his own judgment?
