Civil Matter 144 Or Permanent Injunction

As per Calcutta High Court agreement and my building plan section clear mention land size plot no1, but my backside of plot no2 illegal tenant open and use my passage last 40 years and my family face very problem, on 6-10-2020, the illegal tenant claim that is my land or corporation land so I use and abuse language use and mental disturb to my family, so I have lodged the police station dairy, police station issue dairy and reply please appeal the court 144 or permanent injunction against illegal tenant name family and their relative and request the court please issue an order the close entry exit gate that is open my land passage, so please help me , which is best for me and chepest for long lasting. please reply. Thanks.
