Hi sir, Payment is still to be made---it is right 75% remaining. papers have already made change of hands--No .In that Buyer and Seller only there. Seller(myself)--I ask the Buyer to pay the remaining amount 75% .11-11-2011. Buyer--They will not ready to pay the amount.on 11-11-2011 Seller--I am ready to do the registration.at the time 11-11-2012 Seller--2017 they(Buyer) will ask me to register.But i(seller) am asking 2% rate of interest. Buyer--2017 they put the case on the count.In that what they mention seller is not ready to do the registration. Seller--i didno't receive the any notice from the court. Seller--is it possible count will file the case..... without any intimation. Seller--Court will register the land
