Claim Of Father's Property

My father didn't get any inheritance from his father. Whereas all that we have today is because of my Mother's father that is my Nana ji. My mother has only one sister and no brother so the property was distributed equally to my Masi and my Mother. From which my father has made a house and purchased land and has made Registry on his and my mother's name. All these assets that he has today are because of money he got from my NANA's property. Does law allow me to have any sort of natural inheritance over the assets which are now named after my father ? since its not earned by him? Can he forbid me from my share.? since registry is on my parents name now.?
