Clarification On SCN Issued By Passport Office

Dear Sir, I have been residing in a rented house in Ghaziabad since 2022, and this has been confirmed in the Police Verification Report (PVR). However, the PVR mentions that previous address verification is required. As a result, the Passport Office has issued a Show Cause Notice (SCN) requesting clarification on the PVR. In my passport application, I provided both my permanent and present addresses. For my present address, I submitted a telephone bill as proof, and for my permanent address, I attached my UID card. These documents were verified by the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) during the application process. Kindly advise on how I should respond to the Passport Office for clarification regarding previous address verifications.
