sir, i want to purchase a plot in ranchi which intialy belongs to muslim ansari and he has sold the plot in2008 to bihari kurmi mahto.is cnt act affect the sale purchase of plot or not. can i purchase the plot without any problem??

dear sir if you are an individual purchaser which means you're not a builder are you purchasing a single plot only for your residing purpose then you need not worry about the CNT. ACT.
