Since, RWA is registered as a society under the society registration act the same association can be sued by any of its members if any rule causes problems. Any aggrevied person can file complaint to registrar of society. This authority has power to cancel registration of RWA. Apart from this one can file complaint against RWA to District consumer forum if it is not maintaining society properly despite charging maintenance amount.
