Sir/Madam, My neighbor has constructed his meter room on boundary wall i.e boundary wall servers as one wall of his meter room. As much as I know one has to leave 3 mts. from boundary wall to make any construction.He refuses to acknowledge this and reasons that since it his boundary wall i.e inside his space, he can construct anything on the wall. Please guide me on this matter whether I am correct regarding the issue.
