with reference to above my date of birth is 23 july 1989 but while joining to school they have entered has 23 july 1988 the same is continuing in all my certificate .. but now I m facing problems on this.. since my parents uneducated.. they wr not aware of this.. I also never knew how to correct it.. til now .. please help can I correct the date of birth if yes how to do it ?
