I deposit court fees Rs. 44800/- in Lower Civil Court. My advocate says after judgement if your case rejects then again deposit court fees for appeal in district court. Is this true or not?

yes it's true if u won the case then the same will be refunded by opposite party, but if u did not won the case and wants yo appeal then u will have to deposit the court fee again equal to lower court.
