    Respected Adv N.Karthikkanna, the driver was not drunken but as per prosecution, the day of occurrence was foggy one and deceased were standing on same road which is meant to ply vehicles. means DENSE FOG is responsible for accident. is not it an act of God ?

    How it is possible for any municipal council election by elected candidates through casted their votes in the name of dead name voters and elected thereafter election petition filed by one unelected members and how's they seeking relief by stay petition allowed by district court in which sections or any from citation.
