D.D.A ALTERNATE PLOT

My father in laws\'s lands were acquired by Delhi govt. in 1960-70 ,1970-71and 1990-91.and DDA ALOTED alternative plots .the brothers and sisters of my father in laws were given 250 sq miter plot each but since my father in laws expired in 1976 .so my mother in laws applied for alternative plots while filling the form by mistake a column was filled with wrong address of her while it was the someone other address .so my mother in laws application was dismissed by DDA .What should we do now? DDA has allotted plots to my father in laws brother and sister.
