Daughter Wants To Claim Patents House

I am still not getting a satisfactory answer I am 60 years old and have a house in Punjab. 7 Years ago I bought a land and constructed a house on it. I used to have an ancestral house too, we demolished that house and used the material (Bricks, Wood) in the construction of this new house. At the time of buying the land we were short of some money and my daughter was earning at that time so we took a home loan on her name and as a result she became a co-owner of the house. After my daughter\\\\\\\'s marriage she and her husband started forcing me to give up my ownership and make my daughter the full owner of the house because she pays the emi. Now they are harrasing me and my wife and forcing us to do the same. At the moment we are on very bad terms with our daughter and nobody in the family talks to her or her husband. I have a Son who is looking after us and I wish to give my part of the house to him. What are my rights. What can I do. Since she is a co-owner which makes her the owner of 50% of the house, after me does she become the owner of 75% house. Me and my daughter both are the owner of 1/2 of the property. What if she stops paying the bank emi. Can my Son pay the emi and get my daughter\\\'s half. If she resists what are my rights. Can my daughter become the owner of 3/4 of the property. If I transfer my share on my Sons name what can be the challanges. Can she throw us out of the house. Can we pay her whatever she has invested and become the owner of 100% of the house. What can we do if she is harrasing us. What are my rights. If my daughter proves in the court that she pays the emi and has spent more money than me while purchasing and building the house. Can the court make her the full owner and cancel my share of the registration. if i transfer my share on my son\'s name, can that be cancelled. Please help.
