Debt Recovery Summary Suit

Actually at the time of Filing of the Suit all the document are required to be filed with the Plaint itself. But with a special leave it can be filed at some later stage when the issues are framed. But it is incumbent upon the Plaintiff to place these documents in original to prove his own case.
