Divorce

I got married at my 17th age in the year 2009. It's an arranged marriage. life was not smooth from the beginning. He used to hit me very badly, he will drink and not staying at home. Be hit my mom as well. After that also, I went and stayed with him. As I don't have father (late) when I was 3 years old. At one point in time, he started hitting my small baby girl as well. I couldn't tolerate it and left him. came to my mom's place and started studying. completed degree at first-class in regular college. after my studies again he came back and we lived together for a month. started all his activities again. he used to doubt me with my brother and mama. which is really bad. I left him in the year of 2014 and came to Hyderabad for job purposes. For almost 6 years I didn't see him and no contact with him. I'm raising my daughter all alone. now I would like to want to get a divorce. but he's calling me to talk to his home town. but I don't want to. also, he's not willing to give backy gold, silver, and other electrical items that my mom has given at the time of marriage. How to proceed further. Till date he never paid a penny for me or for my daughter. She's now 9 years old.
