Madam, Your question is still vague and incomplete. The foremost requirement is the religion and then your own intention that under what circumstances you wish to approach the court such as is it going to be a contested case or it will be with mutual consent of both the Parties that is husband and wife? Kindly clear this ambiguity and ask it again However, taking cue from your name if I presume You to be a practising Hindu. You have to approach the Family Court for docorce with the specific allegations you wish to level against the other party under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act you will have to contest for which you have to avail the services of a good practising Lawyer But if you wish to proceed under the mutual consent then it will not be that technical and you can manage to make an endeavour yourself. I hope I have made it clear but you may ask again if you so feel. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
