domestic act12 ... written arguments submitted. was waiting for order to pass as informed by my lawyer.my lawyer dint turn up today. hence the opp.party took advantage. judge said there has to be verbal arguments to be done by the lawyers . he gave me warning and also asking me to submit evidence.wherein my advocate kept on saying order will only be passed my presence is not important at this stage. i requested judge to allow me to speak and tell him its being difficult to manage daily expenses as hv 2 yr son.no financial support. but he dint allow me to speak.maintenance has not started yet.please suggest what to do as i am really worried now and no other lawyer ready to take my case without me giving them fees.
